My Copyright Policy

It is my considered opinion that copyright laws are an attempt to seek a government-granted monopoly privilege on the use, publication, performance, and modification of creative works (for details, see my essay Who's Afraid of the Public Domain?). Therefore:

I, Peter Saint-André, waive all claim of copyright (legal and moral) regarding all works that I publish at books.stpeter.im. I release all legal and moral rights to such works under all jurisdictions, including but not limited to the rights to copy, republish, translate, arrange, modify, destroy, and make derivative works from such works. I grant anyone the right to use such works for any purpose and without any conditions, including but not limited to the conditions of attributing the work to me and notifying me of such use. Thus all of my works pass immediately into the public domain upon publication or performance.
